Das Zimmer liegt auf der Sonnenseite und ist schön hell. Es hat ca. 14m2 und ist sehr schlicht möbliert mit einem Bett inkl. Matratze, einer Kommode, einem Tisch und Stuhl.
Die Lage ist mit 15 Gehminuten zum Marienplatz sehr zentral und trotzdem an einer ruhigen Straße. Es sind alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Gegend ist geprägt durch ihre süßen Cafes und Restaurants.
Ich bin die Nil (28) und suche gerade eine neue Mitbewohnerin für meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung im schönen Haidhausen. Da ich oft unterwegs bin, suche ich jemanden, der gern auch mal alleine wohnt und es genießt die Wohnung auch mal für sich zu haben :) Ich bin aber natürlich sehr offen dafür auch mal etwas gemeinsam zu unternehmen oder mal gemeinsam zu kochen, wenn ich da bin.
