The room of 8sq has everything needed to live comfortably, a double-size bed, a shelf, a wardrobe, a desk and chair.
The flat has a kitchen fully furnished (dishes, pots, furnace, plates, dish washer, fridge, freezer, many storage ...).
The kitchen is fully furnished too, with a washing machine and storage.
This flat is handled by an agency, I am currently living in this room and looking to find the next tenant.
From the 6th March to the 31st March this will be a sublet only.
From the 1st April then it will be under a contract that will be signed with the agency.
The room needs to be booked for a minimum of 6 months (from April), with a withdrawal of 3 months in advance.

There is a bus stop just next to the building, with busses 54 and 145, that can take you to Ostbahnhof.
Otherwise, the U2 is only 6min walk for the flat. This metro takes you to the city center in around 10 to 20 minutes.
There are supermarkets close by for grocery shopping, and the neighborhood is rather quiet and peacefully.
The flatshare has an internationnal spirit, with one german, one french and one spanish living currently.
People are either studying or working since recently.
Everything is included in the flat price, from wifi (WLAN) to electricity and water. No additional cost is needed.
