Das bedeutet, dass wir gelegentlich mal durchgehen, bisher hat das aber immer problemlos funktioniert, da wir meistens dann gemeinsam auf den Balkon gehen, wenn es passt. :) Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.

Unsere Wohnung ist aufgrund der hohen Altbaudecken sehr hell. Sie besteht aus den drei WG-Zimmern, Küche, seperates Bad und WC sowie dem Mittelraum/Flur, der auch als kleiner Essplatz dient. Außerdem gibt es eine große Lodgia mit aufschiebbaren Fenstern. Es gibt vom Haus auch einen Zugang zu einem großen parkähnlichen Innenhof. Wir haben zudem ein Kellerabteil und es gibt auch einen Fahrradkeller.

Natürlich hat man aber auch phasenweise mal mehr zu tun und kann sich immer zurückziehen, das ist auch gar kein Problem :) Eine Party-Studi-WG findest du hier allerdings nicht mehr, daher suchen wir eher jemanden Berufstätigen, da wir auch arbeiten. Außerdem sind uns Sauberkeit und Rücksichtnahme sehr wichtig. Wir haben einen Putzplan und auch außerhalb davon ist es uns wichtig, dass alles ordentlich und sauber hinterlassen wird.
