Das Zimmer ist antik/modern möbliert und befindet sich in einer 172 qm großen renovierten Altbauwohnung, die ebenso vollkommen antik/modern möbliert ist. Vorhanden ist ein Doppelbett und ein zusätzliches Futon-Bett, das in ein Sofa umgewandelt werden kann. Die Wohnung hat 5 Zimmer, Diele, Küche, Bad und eine Gästetoilette. Alle Gebrauchsgegenstände wie Besteck, Teller, Tassen etc. können mitbenutzt werden. Auch Bettwäsche kann gestellt werden. Im Mietpreis ist auch die Beschäftigung einer Putzfrau enthalten. Die Lage ist optimal in München. U-Bahnanschluß Kolumbusplatz. Zwei Straßen von der Isar entfernt. Gegenüber ist das Münchener In-Viertel Gärtnerplatz ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Marienplatz entfernt, etwa 800 m zum Deutschen Museum. Relativ ruhige Lage, weil Einbahnstraße und reines Wohngebiet. Autobahnanschlüsse sind in der Nähe. Alle zentralen Punkte sind auch gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Insgesamt sind wir vier Personen, die locker, ohne große Verpflichtungen zu einem WG-Leben zusammenleben. Auf freiwilliger Basis unternehmen wir auch einmal etwas zusammen. Das einzige Kriterium für die Auswahl unseres neuen Mitmieters/Mitmieterin ist gegenseitige Sympathie. Was wir aber nicht möchten, ist ständiger Rückzug in das eigene Zimmer. Wir, eine Frau und zwei Männer zwischen 28 und 59 Jahre alt, bevorzugen einen Menschen ab 25 Jahre. Fundamentalisten jedweder Couleur sind nicht erwünscht.
The room is furnished antique/modern and is located in a 172 square meter renovated old building apartment, which is also completely furnished antique/modern. There is a double bed and an additional futon bed that can be converted into a sofa. The apartment has 5 rooms, hall, kitchen, bathroom and a guest toilet. All utensils such as cutlery, plates, cups etc. can be shared. Bed linen can also be provided. The rental price also includes the employment of a cleaning lady. The location is optimal in Munich. Subway connection Kolumbusplatz. Two streets away from the Isar. Opposite is the Munich In-Viertel Gärtnerplatz about 15 minutes walking distance from Marienplatz, about 800 m to the Deutsches Museum. Relatively quiet location, because it is a one-way street and purely residential area. Freeway connections are nearby. All central points are also easily accessible by bicycle. All in all we are four people who live together in a flat share without any obligations. On a voluntary basis we also do something together once in a while. The only criterion for the selection of our new fellow tenant is mutual sympathy. What we do not want, however, is constant retreat into our own room. We, a woman and two men between 28 and 59 years old, prefer a person over 21 years old. Fundamentalists of any who are not welcome.
