Im Zeitraum 11.09. bis 07.10. (die Daten sind um ein paar Tage flexibel, wenn notwendig) werden meine beiden Zimmerchen in unserer gemütlichen WG in Haidhausen frei. Wir sind keine Party-WG sondern berufstätig. Gerade unter der Woche ist es ziemlich ruhig bei uns, aber generell nehmen wir Rücksicht aufeinander und haben einen respektvollen Umgang miteinander. Daher vermiete ich ganz gezielt nicht an Wiesn-Besucherinnen, die primär auf und um das Oktoberfest feiern möchten. Ich mag meine Wohnung und meine Mitbewohnerin sehr gerne und wünsche mir für meine Abwesenheit eine/n Zwischenmieter/in der/die pfleglich mit beidem umgeht ;)
Beide Zimmer sind voll möbliert (Couchecke, Schreibtisch, Pflanzen, Bücher über Bücher im Wohnzimmer; Bett, Kommode, Kleiderstange im Schlafzimmer ... ). Das Wohnzimmer hat etwa 26 qm (genau wissen wir es leider nicht da es keinen Grundriss zu unserer Wohnung gibt) und einen schönen dunklen Parkettboden. Wie bei einem Altbau üblich gute 3m Deckenhöhe. Das Zimmer ist vor allem Morgens schön hell und liegt an der belebten Orleansstr. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit knapp 10qm ziemlich muckelig. Es hat ebenfalls hohe Decken, aber einen hellen Boden. Es hat ein großes Fenster, aber nur indirekte Sonne. Dafür liegt es zum Innenhof und ist damit sehr ruhig. Beide Zimmer sind keine Durchgangszimmer.
Bad und Küche werden gemeinsam genutzt, es gibt auch eine separate Toilette.
In der Wohnung selbst wird eigentlich nicht geraucht, dazu müsste man aus Mangel an Balkon in den Hof gehen.

My 1.5 rooms are available Sep 11 until Oct 7, dates can be a bit flexible if necessary (a few days). I´m happy to hear about your situation and work out a plan that works for everybody. It is one bigger living room with a desk and a smaller bedroom, both are fully furnished (bed, chest of drawers, sofa, desk, plants and a lot of books).
There is lots of light in the living room, especially in the morning, however, it is on Orleansstr with a lot of traffic and probably not the best choice for those sensitive to noice. The bedroom is facing the inner courtyard and therefore really quiet. Both are not connecting rooms.
We share kitchen and bathroom as well as toilet which is separate. We usually don´t smoke inside the flat and don´t have a balcony unfortunately, so we have to go downstairs for smoking.
As my flatmate will stay and she´s working full time I am looking for a respectfull and responsible person to rent my rooms. No Octoberfest rentals/ visits/ madness please! :)
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Münchner Osten, sehr zentral in der Oreansstr. (Im "Franzosenviertel")
Keine 5 min Fußweg vom Ostbahnhof entfernt.
Damit hast du S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Tram und Busse sowie Nachtbusse direkt vor der Tür. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl, Alnatura, DM, Edeka 365 Tage geöffnet!, etc.) gibt es haufenweise fußläufig.
Einige Grünflächen und Cafes in der Umgebung bieten Möglichkeit zum Joggen und Schlendern und die Bars und Restaurants in der Gegend beschäftigen einen auch nach Feierabend.

The flat is located in Munich East, very central, on Orleansstr ( in the so called "Franzosenviertel") not even 5 min walking distance to Ostbahnhof station.
This means S-Bahn, U-Bahn, Tram and Busses basically right outside. Shopping is very close by as well (Aldi Lidl, Alnatura, DM, Edeka opened 365 days, etc.).
There are little parks and Cafés in the area, giving opportunities for jogging and strolling and Bars or Restaurants are always a good option in the evenings.
Für eine kleine "Hippie" Wg (und das mitten in Bayern) suchen wir eine Ergänzung.
Du muss dich nicht als besonders alternativ sehen, aber zumindest ein bisschen Umweltbewusstsein haben, offen sein und dich im Idealfall vegetarisch/ vegan ernähren, Fleisch in unserem Kühlschrank finden wir nämlich irgendwie so gar nicht gut. Außerdem ist das auch hilfreich für gemeinsame Kochabende, diese gibt es öfter und gerne auch mit Wein oder Bier, oder mal einen Spieleabend. Sonst gehen wir auch gerne ab und zu ins Kino oder was Essen, an die Isar, oder in die Kneipe oder schauen gemeinsam Tatort...
Einen Fernseher sucht man bei uns vergeblich. Wir wühlen uns einfach durch Netflix und Mediatheken des allmächtigen Internets.
Wir sind keine Kuschel-Wg, jeder braucht auch seine Ruhe, das ist ganz klar, aber ein gemeinsames Wg-Leben ist erwünscht.
Wir sind keine Party Wg, wir sind alle berufstätig und legen großen Wert auf ein rücksichtsvolles Miteinander. Dabei sind Gäste natürlich immer willkommen. Da sind wir ziemlich entspannt :)

We are not necessarily super alternative but a considerate of the environment, open minded and vegetarian/ vegan, which is not a precondition but helpful as we really don´t want any meat in our kitchen. That would also be good for dinner evening which we do sometimes, often with wine or beer and sometimes game nights. We like to go to the cinema, restaurants, to the Isar, to bars or watch Tatort together. We don´t have a TV but watch films and series and whatever there is on the allmighty internet.
We are not a super cuddly WG, obviously everybody needs peace and quiet and time for themselves, but we like to share our lives and do things together.
We are also not a party-WG, we are all working and trying to be very respectful towards our flatmates, but guests are welcome and we like to think of ourselves as pretty relaxed :)
Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind uns wichtig, dabei übernimmt jede eigenständig Aufgaben und erledigt sie, meist in wöchentlichem Rhythmus. Die Miete ist großzügig berechnet (wer nicht arg über die Stränge schlägt braucht sich für Nachzahlungen eigentlich nicht zu fürchten) und beinhaltet alle Kosten wie Internet/ Telefon, GEZ, Müllentsorgung und was man sich sonst so vorstellen kann.
Meine italienische Mitbewohnerin Lavinia lasse ich in der Wohnung. Sie ist voll berufstätig und eher Frühaufsteherin und unternehmungslustig. Wir ernähren uns (zuhause) alle fleischlos.
So viel zu uns... Wer sich ein freundschaftliches, gemütliches Wg-Leben wünscht und/ oder Fragen hat darf sich selbstverständlich gerne melden!

We don´t have a strict cleaning rota in place, but everybody choses their chores for the week and does them in their own time frame.
The rent inlcudes all bills (water, electricity, internet, GEZ etc.) and we usually don´t have any additional payments.
I will leave my flatmate Lavinia behind, she is lovely, working full time and out and about a lot as long as weather is nice. Both of us don´t eat meat/ fish (at home).
