Zum 01.04. wird mein sehr schönes Zimmer in einer 2-er WG frei. Es ist möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl) und kann natürlich gerne durch liebevolle Details (Bilder etc.) ergänzt werden.
Zur Wohnung gehören zudem ein erst kürzlich renoviertes Bad (Dusche), ein WC, Küche (mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine) und ein Balkon. Insgesamt ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Anbindung zur U2 (Kolumbusplatz), der Tram (Mariahilfplatz) und etlichen Bushaltestellen . Zudem liegen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Rossmann, Apotheke..) direkt um die Ecke.
Am meisten habe ich jedoch die unmittelbare Nähe zur Isar und den "Frühlingsanlagen" geschätzt, um im Sommer direkt im Grünen zu sein.
In der Wohngegend ist es recht ruhig, sodass man nachts auch mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen kann.
Das Zusammenleben mit der Mitbewohnerin ist sehr unkompliziert.
Bevorzugt werden berufstätige "Wochenendpendlerinnen", die an einem langfristigen Mietverhältnis (min. 6 Monate) interessiert sind.
Im Preis (650€) sind Heizung, Strom, Internet etc mit einberechnet.
