Ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin. Ich möchte keine Party-WG, aber allzeit bereit für einen Plausch oder ein Kaffeechen. Schön ist es, wenn es klappt, dass wir ab und zu gemeinsam etwas unternehmen, einen Tagesausflug, eine Wanderung, auf einen Espresso gehen auf ein Eis, etwas gemeinsam kochen etc. Freizeitmöglichkeiten gibt es viele. Die Isar ist in vier Gehminuten erreichbar, das Schwimmbad und auch die Konzerthallen Gasteig und Muffathalle liegen um die Ecke. Joggen, Radln, Spazierengehen, im Park chillen ist also ganz leicht. Discounter, aber auch Biomärkte sind in der Nähe. Ich habe einen lieben Hund, der Dich in sein Herz schließen wird. Das Zimmer wird nur an eine Person vermietet und soll auch nur von einer Person bewohnt werden, sonst wird die Wohnung zu voll. Mir ist eine friedliche Atmosphäre, ein freundlicher Umgang miteinander und eine pflegliche Behandlung des Mobiliars wichtig. Mindestwohndauer sind 3 Monate.

Dear roommates!
We search for a friendly roommate. We are not party-people but always ready for a talk or a cup of coffee together. There are a lot of nice places around..The S-Bahn is nearby, the river Isar also aß a Park landscape, shopping for daily life is easy to manage because there are various kinds of shops nearby. A swimmingpool is close, also the concerthalls of Muffat and Gasteig. I have a lovely dog that's for sure, is always ready to kiss you(: The room is just rented to one person. A friendly atmosphere and a carefully treatment with each other and wth all the stuff is important to us. Minimum of living are 3 months
