Das Zimmer ist hell und großzügig geschnitten. Das Fenster geht zum Hinterhof raus, deswegen ist Straßenlärm kein Problem. Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal, Kleiderschrank) sind vorhanden. Gemeinschaftlich werden neben Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer ein kleiner aber feiner Balkon benutzt.
The room is bright and spacious. The window faces the backyard, so street noise is no problem. Furniture (bed, desk, shelf, wardrobe) is available. In addition to the kitchen, bathroom and living room, a small but nice balcony is shared.
U-Bahn Fraunhofer-Straße und Kolumbusplatz jeweils 7 min zu Fuß zu erreichen außerdem Bus (Linie 52) und Tram (Linie 18) in kurzer Distanz. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung. Zu Fuß sind es 5 Minuten zur Isar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, Bars und andere Freizeitaktivitäten sind aber fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt die perfekte Mischung, um sich in München wohlzufühlen.
Underground Fraunhofer-Straße and Kolumbusplatz 7 min walk away, bus (line 52) and tram (line 18) within a short distance. Many shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. It is a 5 minute walk to the Isar river. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, but bars and other leisure activities are within walking distance. Altogether the perfect mixture to feel comfortable in Munich.
Wir wohnen hier bereits seit 7 Jahren in teils wechselnder Besetzung. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner wären Fabian (30, Informatiker), Ralf (28, BWLer) und Steffen (auch ein Zwischenmieter, 27, Consultant). Wir unternehmen gerne Dinge in unserer Freizeit oder trinken Abends gemütlich ein Bier oder Aperol auf der Couch und schauen dabei Filme und Serien. Das Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt und jeder respektiert die Privatsphäre des anderen. Einzug ist ab dem 01.09. möglich, wobei wir zeitlich auch ein wenig flexibel sind. Wir freuen uns, von dir zu hören!
We have lived here together for 7 years. Your future flatmates would be Fabian (30, computer scientist), Ralf (28, businessman) and Steffen (also sub-tenant, 27, consultant). We like to do things together in our free time or have a beer or aperol on the couch in the evening while watching movies and series. Living together is very relaxed and everyone respects the privacy of the other. Moving in is possible from 01.09. onwards, although we are a little flexible in our schedule. We are looking forward to hearing from you!
