Die Lage Richtung Osten gewährt im Sommer viel Sonne im Zimmer, bis nach Mittag. Bett, Schrank, Kocheck, Kühlschrank und Regal würden stehen bleiben...da ich im November vorraussichtlich zurück bin.
Ich freue mich über Nachrichten und dann am besten erst einmal eine kurze Zoom Führung!
Das Zimmer ist in einem Arbeiterhaus in der Au, mit sehr unterschiedlichen Parteien und 5 Stockwerken. Im 3 Stock, links sind 4 Zimmer welche sich eine Toilette und eine Dusche teilen. Es gibt leider keine Küche, aber im Zimmer steht ein kleiner alter Ofen und 2 Kochplatten. Es gibt keinen Aufzug.
Mit einem der Nachbarn habe ich mehr zu tun, wir waren auch Studienkollegen. Er spielt gern mal Gitarre und geht öfter Surfen. Manchmal auch länger unterwegs...
Die anderen kenne ich nicht so gut, der direkte Zimmernachbar ist schon Rentner und sehr ruhig.
The east-facing position ensures plenty of sun in the room in summer, until after midday. Central location (3 min. to the Isar, Reichenbachbrücke). 3 min to bus/tram Mariahilfplatz, 10 min to U1/U2 Fraunhofer Str. Bed, cupboard, cooking corner, fridge and shelves would remain...as I will probably be back in November.
I am looking forward to hearing from you and then preferably a short zoom tour first!
The room is in a worker's house in the Au, with very different parties and 5 floors. On the 3rd floor, on the left, there are 4 rooms which share a toilet and a shower. Unfortunately there is no kitchen, but there is a small old oven and 2 hotplates in the room. There is no lift.
Zentrale Lage (3 min. zur Isar, Reichenbachbrücke). 3 min zum Bus/Tram Mariahilfplatz, 10 min zur U1/U2 Fraunhofer Str. 10 min zu Fuss zum Kolumbusplatz oder Deutschen Museum.
Kein Wg-Leben.
