This is a 55 m2 two-room apartment in a large complex. The apartment was completely renovated in 2021. It consists of 2 bedrooms, each with its own kitchen. The small room (15 m2) has a kitchenette with fridge, stove and microwave with grill.
Both rooms are fully furnished with (at a minimum):
1 bed 140 cm x 200 cm
1 desk & chair
1 dining table and chairs
1 wardrobe/closet
1 sofa (large room only)
Cookware, glasses, dishes, utensils, toaster, etc.
Internet and electricity and all other utilities are included. There will be no need for you to sign up for any of these services.
There is no common area other than the shared entry way with individual wardrobes for each room, the shared bathroom with a shower and washing mashine, and the shared balcony (10 m2) directly accessible from each bedroom. There is no living room or shared kitchen.
Au-Haidhausen - 5 minutes to the Deutsches Museum and Isar, 15 minutes to Marienplatz by foot, 5 minutes to the historical swimming pool Volksbad, 5 minutes to the S-Bahn Rosenheimerplatz, 5 minutes to the shopping area with Hit (Rewe), Aldi, DM, etc.
The large room is currently occupied by a man in his late 20s who is wirking for a large, international consulting company.
The rental is currently limited to 1 year as we may need it for personal use thereafter.
