Dieses wunderschöne Altbauzimmer hat einen direkten Zugang zu dem Balkon und ist dadurch schön lichtdurchflutet. Durch das Hochbett bietet das Zimmer angenehm viel Platz!
Das geräumige Wohnzimmer und die offene Küche laden zu Kochabenden, gemütlichen beisammensitzen und zum Verweilen ein.

Die Lage ist großartig! Du bist in zwei Min. an der Isar perfekt um die Natur zu genießen. Auch U-Bahn, Bus und Trambahn sind um die Ecke. Nachdem es in München aber eh am besten ist mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs zu sein, ist es toll das man sofort in der Innenstadt ist.
Es gibt einen Edeka, Rewe und Bio Laden der 2 min entfernt ist. Der Aldi und DM sind 8 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Wenn du Lust auf frisches Obst und Gemüse hast, gibt es zwei mal die Woche die Möglichkeit auf den Markt zu gehen. dieser ist auch etwa 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Auf der anderen Seite der Isar ist das Glockenbach viertel wo es zahlreiche Caffes und Bars gibt.

The location is really great! In two minutes you are on the Isar, can lie down on the grass and enjoy nature. The subway, bus and tram are also around the corner. By bike you are in the city center immediately.
There is an Edeka, Rewe and organic shop 2 minutes away. The Aldi and DM are an 8-minute walk away.
If you are in the mood for fresh fruit and vegetables, you can go to the market twice a week. this can also be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.
On the other side of the Isar is the Glockenbach district where there are numerous cafes and bars.

Du wirst mit der lieben Lena zusammenleben, die als Ärztin in München arbeitet. Lena ist super unkompliziert, verbringt am liebsten jede freie Minute in der Natur, aber freut sich auch über Wein/ Glühwein Abende, gemeinsame Kochaktionen oder einen Barbesuch. Sie ist eigentlich immer gut drauf und kommt mit jedem Menschen super klar. Am besten lernt Ihr euch bei einem kleinen Treffen (auch online) einmal kennen, so dass ihr dann hoffentlich schnell auf diese Traumwohnung anstoßen könnt.
Also in Kurz: Wir suchen jemanden der Offen ist und Spaß am Leben hat :)

You will live with my very lovable roommate Lena! Lena just started her first job at the hospital as a doctor. At the weekends she uses every freetime to spend outside in the nature, but also enjoys hanging around with friends cooking or goiing out.
