Unsere 3er WG ist in der Nähe vom Bordeauxplatz in Haidhausen im 1. OG gelegen. Sie ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und im EG ist ein Kindergarten. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer mit 95qm, eine große Küche (ca 20 qm), einen großen Flur und ein getrenntes Bad und WC. Das freie Zimmer ist mit 21qm das größte der dreien und geht in dem Hinterhof raus.
Unsere Altbauwohnung ist fußläufig ca. 3-5 Minuten vom Ostbahnhof entfernt. Viele Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, Supermärkte, Parks und das Werksviertel befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir sind zwei Studentinnen im Master und sind beide 24 Jahre alt. Wir arbeiten beide als Werkstudenten und sind zur Zeit viel im Homeoffice. Uns ist generell ein entspanntes WG Leben wichtig und wollen keine Zweck-WG.
Die Wohnung ist Teil des Münchner Modells, weshalb man zum Zeitpunkt des Einzuges nicht mehr als 24000 € im Jahr verdienen darf. Das sollte aber kein Problem sein, wenn du noch studierst.
