Das Zimmer ist zwar eher klein, aber ich hab mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett, unter dem reichlich Stauraum ist, einem Schreibtisch mit Lampe und Stuhl und einem Kleiderschrank. Außerdem sind an der Türe Haken für Jacken und Taschen. Vor dem Zimmer steht noch eine Kommode die du dir mit deiner Zimmer-Nachbarin teilst, in der kannst du z.B. deine Schuhe oder sonstiges verstauen.
The room is rather small, but I felt very comfortable here. It is fully furnished with a bed under which there is plenty of storage space, a desk with lamp and chair and a wardrobe. There are also hooks on the door for jackets and bags. In front of the room there is a chest of drawers that you share with your room-neighbour, in which you can stow your shoes or other things.
Die Lage ist super. 3min zur Bushaltestelle Ampfingstr., 4min zur Tramstelle Ampfingstr. und 8min zur Sbahn Station Leuchtenbergring. Zum Ostbahnhof sind es auch nur 15min zu Fuß.
Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke. Edeka 4min, Rewe/Lidl/dm 10min zu Fuß.
Unten im Haus ist eine Pizzeria, falls man mal kein Essen zu Hause haben sollte ;)
The location is great. 3min to the bus stop Ampfingstr., 4min to the tram stop Ampfingstr. and 8min to the tram station Leuchtenbergring. The Ostbahnhof is also only a 15min walk. Various shopping opportunities are also just around the corner. Edeka 4min, Rewe/Lidl/dm 10min walk. Downstairs in the house is a pizzeria, in case you don’t have food at home;)
Das WG Leben ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben nie groß etwas miteinander unternommen, also kannst du dich hier gut zurückziehen, falls du das möchtest. Trotzdem sind deine Mitbewohner aller sehr nett und gerne zu einem Plausch in der Küche zu haben.
Außerdem sind alle ordentlich und jeder räumt sein Zeug wieder weg.
The flat life is very quiet. We’ve never done much together, so you’re welcome to retire here if that’s what you want. Nevertheless, your roommates are all very nice and happy to have a chat in the kitchen. Besides, everyone’s neat and everyone’s putting their stuff away.
