Hi, this is Paolo and Pavel: we're looking for a new roommate for a WG in the center of Munich. The apartment consists of three rooms, a spacious kitchen and bathroom. We also have a storage room in the basement and a small balcony.
Your room is 14 square meters. It faces South-East, so to get plenty of sunlight.
The location of the apartment is amazing: One block away from the Isar, 6 mins walking distance to the U-bahn stop "Fraunhofstr". Tram 18 is 2 mins away and several bus stops are around.
The location also provides a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Most things you will need can be found nearby
About us: we Paolo (from Italy) and Pavel (from Russia) work in Munich. Not so much party people but always enjoying a good dinner, a beer / wine and a good conversation. We like being sociable in the apartment and we're looking for someone who is the same. We keep the apartment clean and are responsible for every common space, as we expect of the others. Paolo in his free time I enjoys the outdoors (mountainbike, hiking or skiing) and when this is not possible drawing. Pavel is an underwater photographer who likes travelling.
The move in date would be 01.06.2023. The rent is € 680 all inclusive.
