Ich suche für meine schöne 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung einen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin! Das Zimmer ist groß und hell, es gibt 2 Bäder in der Wohnung (allerdings beide klein!), einen kleinen Balkon sowie eine sehr gemütliche Wohnküche. Das Zimmer kann mit Teilmöblierung (Bett, Tisch) oder unmöbliert vermietet werden. Momentan wird das Zimmer noch als Wohnzimmer genutzt (Bild mit der Bar)
Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön in Haidhausen, Wiener Platz sowie Max-Weber-Platz (U4/5) sind 2-min fußläufig entfernt.
Ich selbst bin Ärztin, 27 Jahre und suche ebenfalls jemand Berufstätigen, es soll jedoch keine reine Zweck-Wg sein. Das Wohnhaus ist ein traumhafter Altbau, was es allerdings auch sehr hellhörig macht.
