The room is available for the month of August or if you want for the long term after August. So you can rent it either only for August or for the long term.
The room is furnished and approximately 10 m2, but it feels very large and is very bright because of the large window (with curtains). You have access to a large balcony (7 m2) through the window, where you can put some of your stuff or watch the sunset in the beautiful neighborhood. The balcony is shared with one of the flatmates, which means he also has access to the balcony through his own room.
You will have a quite big bed, large desk, desk lamp, cupboard, shelves, large mirror, and a chair. We have a weekly cleaning schedule. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the flat.
Also the kitchen has an oven. We also have a washing machine in the flat. The flat is accessible with the elevator.

There is a bus station next to the building and you can also walk (or go with bus) to the S-bahn station in 8 minutes.
