ich suche einen Nachmieter für ein Zimmer in einer 3er WG im Münchner Westen (Aubing). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 7. Stock (mit Aufzug).
Eine Bushaltstelle (2min) und die S-Bahn Stationen Westkreuz und Leienfelsstraße (jeweils unter 10 min) sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die voll ausgestattete Wohnküche und das Badezimmer (mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine) werden gemeinsam benutzt.
Das helle Zimmer hat ca.20qm und wird möbiliert vermietet. Zusätzlich verfügt das Zimmer über einen Balkon Richtung Westen.
Aktuelle Mitbewohner sind zwei Frauen Mitte 20.
Die Kosten teilen sich wie folgt auf:
