In unserer WG im ruhigen Stadtteil Neuaubing wird ein Zimmer frei! Es hat ca. 15 m² und die Möbel sind wie auf den Bildern zu sehen (ohne Fernseher) vom Vorbewohner zu übernehmen (Ablöse Verhandlungssache). Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig, die Fenster liegen zum parkähnlichen Vorgarten raus. Es kann ab sofort oder ab 01.09. bezogen werden. Die Wohnung hat eine relativ neue Einbauküche mit Geschirrspüler, großem Kühlschrank, Ceranfeld und Waschmaschine und ist mit Besteck, Geschirr usw. schon gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und eine separate Toilette. Außerdem gibts ein großes Kellerabteil und einen Waschkeller, Platz ist also genug vorhanden!

A room is available in our shared flat in the quiet district of Neuaubing! It has approx. 15 m² and the furniture is to be taken over from the previous occupant as shown in the pictures (without TV). The room is very quiet, the windows face the park-like front garden. It can be moved into immediately or from 01.09. onwards. The flat has a relatively new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, ceramic hob and washing machine and is already well equipped with cutlery, crockery etc.. There is a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. There is also a large cellar compartment and a laundry room, so there is plenty of space!

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend im Stadtteil Neuaubing. Direkt hinter dem Haus ist ein kleiner Stadtpark, der sogar einen kleinen Weiher (Ramses-See) hat. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut: Mit dem Auto ist man sofort auf der Autobahn A96 oder A99, zwei Buslinien halten an der nächsten Straßenkreuzung, und die S-Bahn-Station "Westkreuz" ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die wichtigsten Geschäfte (Supermarkt, Drogerie, Bäckerei) sind alle in Fußnähe, und alles andere bekommt man in Pasing zB in den Pasing-Arcaden (10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder eine S-Bahn-Station entfernt).

The flat is located in a quiet area in the Neuaubing district. There is a small city park directly behind the house, which even has a small pond (Ramses Lake). The transport links are very good: by car you are immediately on the A96 or A99 motorway, two bus lines stop at the next road junction and the "Westkreuz" S-Bahn station is only a 10-minute walk away. The most important shops (supermarket, drugstore, bakery) are all within walking distance, and you can get everything else in Pasing, e.g. in the Pasing-Arcaden (10 minutes by bike or one S-Bahn station away).
Wir, das sind Felix (22, Student), Prabh (25, bei BMW) und Gerry (24, Student) führen ein lockeres WG-Leben. Gerne mal abends zusammensitzen, aber wenn die Türe mal geschlossen ist ist das auch kein Problem.
