A furnished WG room in a quiet area. The room is about 12 m2 and is in a 2-room apartment. The kitchen and the bathroom are shared with another person. The room is furnished with a bed and commode. Other furniture must be taken over for a one-time payment of 150 Euros (this includes a desk, chair, clothes stand and some other appliances).
The house is located in a quiet area with good connections to public transport. Bus stop is only 7 minutes away on foot and the S-Bahn station Aubing is 15 minutes away on foot. Overall it takes around 30min to get the HBF. A washing machine is also available in the house.
You will be sharing the apartment with Loay, an Engineering student at TUM.
The monthly warm rent is 500 Euros including everything except Internet (costs 15 Euros/Month). The deposit is 600 Euros. The room is available for two months from Feb 1st to March 31st (Extension maybe possible). Registration at KVR is not possible in the 2-months period.
