Hello :)
I’m subletting my room in a 5-er WG in a quaint neighbourhood from 1st September to 12th October (can be extended to 15th if required). This is a total period of 1.5 months, with a rent of €450 per month, so the total rent is €675.
It’s a 10 sq. meter single room. The room is furnished with a desk, chair, foldable bed, table, a bookshelf, and lots of closet space. The bathroom is shared with 2 other people, and there is also a large common kitchen. The room has a microwave and a refrigerator, and there is an additional shared refrigerator in the kitchen. There is also a common washing machine and dryer in the bathroom, which can be used.
There is an outdoor area which can be used. The house also has a shed which can be used for storage. (See pictures)
The WG is a 4 minute walk from the U2 U-Bahn station Josephsburg, and Hauptbahnhof then is just 15 minutes away. There is also a tram stop (Mutschellestraße) and a bus stop (Josephsburg) nearby. There’s a Rewe 150m away, but there’s also an Aldi, Kaufland, and an Edeka all within a kilometer.
Ostpark is also only a 20 minute bus ride away.
The WG currently consists of 4 women and 1 man, all in the age range of 18-28.
The rent is €450 per month and €675 euros for the whole period. There is a deposit of 450 euros which will be returned at the end of the lease.
