Room
The room is fully furnished with a bed (90x200), a study table and chair, a standing lamp and a wardrobe. The size of the room is around 10m2. On sunny days, the room is well-lit and since the window does not face the street, there is not much noise from traffic outside.

The kitchen is well-equiped with an electric stove, an oven, a microwave and a large fridge enough for 5 people. Cooking utensils are provided, as well as storage space for each person.

The bathroom contains both the shower and toilet altogether.

Location
There are many choices for public transportation nearby. Ostbahnhof (U5, S-Bahn) can be reached by foot within around 10 minutes and the nearest tram station (Line 21) and bus station (Line 59) within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

Within 5 minutes of walking, you will find an Edeka supermarket. There is also a DM, Rewe and Aldi 10 minutes from the flat, in the same building as Boulderwelt Ost. There is also a Fitstar gym 500m away and the daseinstein shopping centre (Fitness First, Edeka, Media Markt, etc.) is 1 bus stop away.

Around the neighbourhood there are also lots of restaurants and cafes.

Flatshare Type
The flat is only for girls. You will live with 4 other flatmates, each coming from a different country. As the flatshare is multinational, we use English as the main language for communication.

To keep the flat tidy, we have a cleaning schedule and take turns to clean the flat. We share the responsibility of buying cleaning supplies and household items.
