From 1 June 2025 a room will be free in my cozy 2nd World Cup – limited until 15th October 2025. The apartment is super connected and is located in Berg am Laim, just an eight-minute walk to the subway U2 Josephsburg or 12 min S-Bahn station Berg am Laim. Supermarket (Rewe, Aldi, Edeka) is also within 10 minutes walking distance. The rent with everything around it and there is 456 €. The deposit is 1000 €. I'm looking for a reliable, open person between 20 and 29 years, whether a student or a professional, who wants to live together in a relaxed way.
Your future room is about 16 m2 tall, partly furnished (160 cm bed without mattress, wardrobe, lamp+ curtains, optionally couch), with wooden floor and beautifully bright thanks to south window. If you have no interest in the furniture, you can also rent the room unfurnished (please write it in!). We also have a well-equipped kitchen and a small cozy living room, which I will gradually set up. In the basement there is a washing machine and a small compartment where the laundry can be dried.
Ab 1. Juni 2025 wird in meiner gemütlichen 2er-WG ein Zimmer frei – befristet bis 15. Oktober 2025. Die Wohnung ist super angebunden und liegt in Berg am Laim, nur acht Gehminuten zur U-Bahn U2 Josephsburg bzw. 12 min S-Bahnstation Berg am Laim entfernt. Supermarkt (Rewe, Aldi, Edeka) ebenfalls fußläufig innerhalb von 10 min erreichbar. Die Miete mit allem drum und dran beträgt 456 €. Die Kaution liegt bei 1000 €. Ich suche eine zuverlässige, offene Person zwischen 20 und 29 Jahren, egal ob Studentin oder Berufstätiger, die Lust auf ein entspanntes Zusammenleben hat.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist etwa 16 m² groß, teilmöbliert (160-cm-Bett ohne Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Lampe+Gardinen. ggf. Couch), mit Holzboden ausgelegt und dank Südfenster schön hell. Falls du kein Interesse an den Möbeln hast, kannst du das Zimmer auch unmöbliert mieten (schreib das gerne rein!). Außerdem haben wir eine gut ausgestattete Küche sowie ein kleines gemütliches Wohnzimmer, welches ich noch nach und nach einrichten werde. Im Keller befinden sich eine Waschmaschine sowie ein kleines Abteil, wo die Wäsche getrocknet werden kann.
In short: I am Jakob, 23 years old, and I am studying VWL at LMU in the 2nd semester. I like to cook and am relatively much with friends traveling in town. I would call myself a quiet and sociable roommate who is always to have for n taste in the evening.
