In the room is a bed 80x200 cm (Table / chair / div. Big bathroom with Bad. The entrance seperate the apartment in 2 little apartments.
Walking distance approx. 2-5 min. to Tram 21 and U-bahn is at 50 meter. For shopping there are diverse supermarkets, smokers on balcony. The rent is inclusive of all utilities (Electricity / heating / hot water / WiFi internet / GEZ). I have stuff in my room.
Metro in front of the door (Kreilerstrasse), 1 minute to Tram who goes to Ost-bahnhof. Shops just next to the home. We have a backery and pharmacy. Big window goes to the garden. Autobahn is not too fare away. 15 min you are in the Center and 7 min from ost bahnhof. The neighbough are calm and helpful. I have my books in this room.

Das Apartment ist wie 2 kleine Apartments, jeder kann für sich sein und doch zu 2. Wir teilen nur die Kuche. Jeder hat sein eigenes Bad
es ist alles da was man braucht, Spuhlmachine, Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank. I speak different Languages: deutsch, french, englisch and once spanisch. Easy going WG. You can bring your Boy friend or friends. The apartement is clean. One cupboard in the bathroom and you have a Badewanne. Putzfrau kostet 15 Euro die Stunde. Fahrradkeller has some space.
