ich, Sebastian 24, Student an der TUM, suche ab August eine/n Mitbewohner/in für mindestens 6 Monate (von meiner Seite auch länger möglich). Das Zimmer hat ca. 14qm, ist unmöbliert, die Wohnung liegt in Berg am Laim ca. 4min zu Fuß von der U2 Kreillerstraße, von wo aus beide großen Universitäten und die Innenstadt in unter 20min erreichbar sind. Direkt neben an befindet sich ein Rewe Markt, Penny, Aldi und DM sind auch fußläufig erreichbar. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig mit wenig Verkehrslärm.
Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.
Die Warmmiete inklusive sämtlicher Nebenkosten beläuft sich auf 510€/Monat.
Von meinem/r Mitbewohner/in wünsche ich mir einen sehr sauberen und ordentlichen Umgang mit den gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räumen (Küche und Bad).
