can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot and is served by the N19 line,
that runs every hour throughout the night.
- The room is in a non-smoking shared apartment and is only given to a non-smoker.
WG life
A mixed flat share. Each room may only be occupied by one person. Friends/acquaintances are of course allowed to stay overnight. But no use as a couple / couple or as a couple.
The rooms in the shared flat are expressly rented out for single use. Misuse or use of the rooms by more than one person would result in termination of the contract.
The fastest way to reach our apartment is from the Ostbahnhof
and the S-Bahn station at Leuchtenbergring (about 10 minutes on foot).
Since the Ostbahnhof is on the main route, the train connection to the city center is very good:
The S-Bahn takes 6 minutes to Marienplatz

Lage
Die ca. 3min entfernten Tram-Station "Ampfingstraße"
ist in nur 3 Gehminuten zu erreichen und wird unteranderem von der Linie N19 angefahren,
die stündlich die gesamte Nacht durchfährt.
WG-Leben
Eine gemischte WG. Jedes Zimmer darf nur alleine bewohnt werden. Übernachtungen von Freunden/Bekannten natürlich gestattet. Aber keine Benutzung als Paar/Pärchen oder zu zweit.
Die Zimmer der WG werden ausdrücklich zur Alleinbenutzung vermietet. Missbrauch oder Benutzung der Zimmer durch mehr als eine Person würde zur vertrag Kündigung führen.
Von unserer Wohnung am schnellsten zu erreichen sind der Ostbahnhof
und die S-Bahn Station am Leuchtenbergring (zu Fuß jeweils ca. 10 Minuten).
Da der Ostbahnhof an der Stammstrecke liegt, ist die Bahnverbindung in die Innenstadt sehr gut:
