Servus! Ich biete meine Zimmer zur Untermiete ab 15. September bis Ende Oktober an. Es hat 15 qm, eine bequeme Sofa, Büro, WiFi, Spümaschine für den Geschirr. Bisher hat es gut geklappt, die Wohnung sauber zu halten. Wir zu dritt in der WG. Töpfe, Geschirr, Waschmaschine und alles was man sonst zum Alltag brauchen könnte ist da. Das WG-Leben ist hier ehrlicherweise nicht sehr aktiv, für anderthalb Monaten sollte das aber nicht so wichtig sein; Es gibt U-Bahn Anschluss mit U2, Tram 21, S Berg Am Laim (15 min zu Fuss) und Ostpark.
650 euro Warmmiete pro Monat, ohne sonstige Kosten, d.h. es würde 975€ für die gesamte Periode bedeuten.

Hi! I am subletting my room from 15th Septeber until 31st October 2023. It has 15 sqm, a cozy sofa, desk, WiFi, dishwasher. So far the flat has stayed quite clean. We are three in the shared flat, there is also a balcony, washing machine for laundry, pots and plates and everything that you might need for daily living. The life in the flat is not so active, but there is a nice park closeby to spend time (Ostpark). U2 is closeby as well as Tram 21 and S-Bahn Berg am Laim (15 min by foot).
650 euro rent per month including everything, which means it will cost 975€ for the entire subletting period.
