WG Zimmer available in a sunny flat located near Prinzregentenplatz from 1 November (possible to move-in earlier as well). You will be living with two girls - Lucie and Lara (me). I’m currently doing my PhD at LMU and working for an EU body, with a focus on sustainable transport. Lucie is working in fashion for a media company. We’re looking for a chilled flatmate who would be happy to hang out but also respectful of our own private spaces.
I work from home most of the time but happy to have a new WFH colleague in the living room. I also spend a lot of time in cafés, museums, and the gym so there are quiet/down times in the flat as well.
The flat is well-connected with the U-Bahn (5 minute walk) and S-Bahn (10 minute walk) plus bus/tram connections. We have a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and washing machine. The bath (with a relaxing tub) and toilet are separate.
We’re a very democratic flat so we can decide together if we want a cleaning plan, etc. Feel free to re-arrange furniture as you wish.
