Das etwa 20qm große Zimmer in der Schumannstraße in Bogenhausen hat eine große Fensterfront und ist damit sehr hell. Aufgrund des rechteckigen Schnitts verfügt es über die optimale Raumnutzung. Es wird teilmöbliert vermietet.
Ich bewohne das zweite Zimmer der 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Küche und Bad werden geteilt. Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne und einem großen Fenster ausgestattet. Auch die Küche bietet ausreichend Platz, um ohne Probleme groß aufzukochen und hat sowohl ein Fenster als auch einen kleinen Balkon.
Zur Isar sind es zu Fuß ca. drei Minuten, ebenso zur U-Bahnhaltestelle Prinzregentenplatz. Der Bus, auch in die Innenstadt, ist nur ca. 300m entfernt.
Ich suche eine Wochenendheimfahrerin ab etwa 45 Jahren als Mitbewohnerin.
Ich bin 71 Jahre alt und würde mich als umgängliche, offene und ruhige Person beschreiben. Ich vermiete das Zimmer bereits seit vielen Jahren unter und bin somit WG-erfahren. An Jemandem, mit dem mal quatschen oder essen kann, der jedoch sein Leben eigenständig führt, bin ich interessiert.
