In the middle of the Cosimapark (Bogenhausen), lots of space for jogging, swimming in the Cosimabad or sun at the Feringasee, good parking is also available.

I am one of the older old-School generation, yet completely fit and remained young, the owner and roommate of the apartment. Very communicative, open, multilingual.
I am very interested in sport in particular: work-out, cycling, car-racing of course also F1, music, culture, travels, excursions, photography, beach-sonne-good food, games and otherwise everything that is fun is included. (exception: all winters, mountain hiking and murder sports),
