ab dem 15.08 wird ein Zimmer in meiner 2er WG frei. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Bogenhausen und ist super angebunden (Ubahn/Bus/Tram 5 Minute; S-Bahn 10 Minuten. Die Lage ist ruhig, die nächsten Supermärkte sind in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich in gutem Zustand, hat 2 exakt gleich große Schlafzimmer eine Wohnküche und ein kleiner Wohn/Gästezimmer. Ich suche nicht nach einer Zweck-WG. Kommt gern auf ein Getränk vorbei und schaut euch die Wohnung an!

From August 15th a room in my 2-bedroom apartment will be available. The apartment is located in Bogenhausen and has excellent access to public transportation (U-Bahn/Bus/Tram 5 minutes; S-Bahn 10 minutes). The location is quiet, the next supermarkets are within two minutes walking distance. The apartment itself is in good condition, has 2 bedrooms of exactly the same size, an eat-in kitchen and a small living/guest room. I'm looking for a room mate who is not only interested in sharing a flat for economic reasons, but who also wants to socialize. Just come by for a drink, have a look at the apartment and let's get to know each other!
