Ein hübsches möbliertes WG-Zimmer in Bogenhausen - Nähe U4

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. 7 Minuten zur U4 Böhmerwaldplatz und damit erreicht man den Hbf in 15 Minuten. Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Apotheke sind in 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt auch einen Park in der Nähe, wo man Fußball/Basketball/Tennis spielen kann, gut zum Joggen oder wenn man einfach frische Luft braucht. Es gibt auch ein sehr gutes italienisches Restaurant in der Nähe. Es ist eine sehr schöne Lage mit einer guten Balance zwischen Natur und Stadtleben. Bogenhausen selbst ist auch ein beliebter Stadtteil in München.

In unserer WG wohnen Angie, Adi und Jun. Wir sind alle Studenten, obwohl Angie schon auf einem anderen Niveau ist, weil sie ihren Doktor macht. Wir unterhalten uns gerne in unserer kleinen Küche und kochen manchmal sogar zusammen. Aber das ist natürlich kein Muss und wir machen das auch nicht jeden Tag. Wir sprechen meistens auf Deutsch, aber jeder versteht Englisch.

Was wir erwarten, ist jemand, der ehrlich und nett ist. Wir haben nicht viel von Regeln in der WG, wir haben unsere WG-Putzplan jede Woche. Im Grunde, wenn ihr easy going, freundlich und wisst, wie man mit anderen Menschen zu leben, sollte es kein Problem sein. Idealerweise jemand, der am 14.02. einziehen und meine Möbel übernehmen kann. Ich genieße meine Zeit hier, deshalb würde ich mich über jemanden freuen, der sich gut mit meinen anderen Mitbewohnern versteht. Bitte beachte, dass dies keine Zweck-WG und auch keine Party-WG ist.

Hallo everyone,

I'd like to offer you my room as i will move out after living for more than a year here. The rent is €440 and already including water & heating. Not including electricity, Internet, GEZ and WG-Kasse.
The room is around 11sqr and facing north. I will leave most of my furniture (that you can see in the photo) and would be nice if you can take over the furniture. The Ablöse will be €420 for a bed, slatted frame, mattress, ceiling lamp with 4 spotlights, cupboard, 2x Wandregal, 1 Bookshelf, 1 big working table with drawers & 1 working chair.

In the apartment lives Angie, Adi and Jun. All of us are students, although Angie is already at another level because she's doing her phd. We like to talk in our small kitchen and sometimes even cook together. But of course it's not a must and we don't do it everyday. We mostly speak in German but everyone understands English.

The apartment is at the ground floor. 7 Minutes to U4 Böhmerwaldplatz and with it you can reach the Hbf within 15 Minutes. Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Apotheke are within 7 minutes walk. There's also a park nearby where you can play football/basketball/tennis, good for jogging or if you just need fresh air. There is a very good italian restaurant also nearby. It is a very nice location with good balance of nature and city life. Bogenhausen itself is also a popular district in Munich.

What we're expecting is someone who's honest and kind. We don't have much of rules in the WG, we have our cleaning schedule every week. Basically if you are easy going and know how to live with other people, it shouldn't be a problem. Ideally someone who can move in on 14.02 and take over my furniture. I enjoy my time living here, that's why i would love someone who can get along well with my other flatmates. Please note that this is not a purpose WG neither a party WG.
