The room is 13sqm and furnished with a 190x120x60 dresser, a desk with a chair, a coffee/ night table and two lamps (a floor lamp and a reading lamp).
The bed comes without a mattress but I am selling mine for 80€. However you can come with your own mattress as the bed fits all sizes of bed (IKEA, ref: BRIMNES) and it acts as additional storage with two big drawers for sheets, towels or anything else.
The room is facing east-south east so the room is bright in the morning without being overly exposed.
The neighbourhood is a nice green, quiet neighbourhood. We are surrounded by trees and grass and we have two great parcs 5 and 10min away, as well as the Englischer Garten being 10min away with your bike.
We have a small Edeka 50m away as well as a bigger one, an Aldi and other shops 7-8min away.
We're less than 5min away from the U4 Böhmeraldplatz (Odeonsplatz, Karlplatz, Hauptbahnhof) and the S-Bahn Leuchtenbergring with lines 1,2,4,6 & 8 is 10min away.
We've never had issues with the neighbours, never heard any noise during the day or night so we're pretty lucky for that.
The flatshare is really chill. We have a good balance of having our own space but we also like to share moments and have dinners and real conversations. Oliver (Danish, 27 and Antonio, Portuguese, 25) will stay in the flat and so they are the ones who will have the final decision of who will have the room.
We each have our own shelf in the fridge and our own pantry, but we share things like house cleaning supplies.
We try to always clean right after using the kitchen for the next person coming in.
I will leave on July 31st so I am looking for someone being able to replace me right after. The flat is taken care of by a real estate agency and not by the landlord so everything goes always smoothly and the few issues we had were solved in a few days.
To issue the contract, we need to give the future tenant's name to the agency by July 15th, two weeks before.
