Since in the 5th of 6 floors, the room is very bright even without sun. If it seems you have the morning beautiful sun in the room.
The additional costs include electricity and Internet (W-LAN, Telekom).
The furniture is not yet final. Instead of the oversized bed one comes in with 140. A desk with a shelf is also available.

Da im 5. von 6 Geschossen, ist das Zimmer auch ohne Sonne sehr hell. Wenn sie scheint hat man den Vormittag schön Sonne im Zimmer.
In den Nebenkosten sind Strom und Internet (W-LAN, Telekom) enthalten.
Die Möblierung ist noch nicht final. Statt dem übergroßen Bett kommt eines mit 140 rein. Ein Schreibtisch mit Regal kommt noch dazu.
Connection:
A bus leaves right in front of the front door, stop is the Warthestraße.
Alternatively, the S-Bahn is 12 minutes walk away. S8 stop Munich-Daglfing.
The train takes 12 min to Marienplatz.
Environment:
A small beautiful beer garden is right across the street. There you can eat well and drink.
A beautiful park with a small lake (Denninger Anger! and another beer garden is about 200m away. There you can enjoy the evening with a cool beer.
You can also relax well in summer or play sports.
Anbindung:
Ein Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustür, Haltestelle ist die Warthestraße.
Alternativ ist die S-Bahn 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. S8 Haltestelle München-Daglfing.
Bis zum Marienplatz braucht die Bahn 12 min.
Umgebung:
Ein kleiner schöner Biergarten ist direkt über die Straße. Dort kann man gut essen und trinken.
Ein schöne Park mit einem kleinen See (Denninger Anger! und einem weiteren Biergarten ist ca. 200m entfernt. Dort lässt sich sehr schön der Feierabend bei einem kühlen Bier genieße.
Da kann man auch gut im Sommer entspannen oder Sport treiben.
Since this is the 1st of 3 rooms this is rented there are no other roommates yet.
Kitchen (2016), fridge, washing machine, dishwasher are available and can be used by all residents. There is also a small wooden table with 2 chairs in the kitchens.
The kitchen has daylight and a small balcony.
This is north. In summer, however, you still have sun very early or very late.
The bathroom has recently been modernized and has a nice rain shower. Bathroom furniture is also available (shock + sink cabinet)
There is also a small storage rack for shoes and a wardrobe with dam in the hallway.
Da dies das 1. von 3 Zimmer ist das vermietet wird gibt es noch keine anderen Mitbewohner.
Küche (2016), Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler sind vorhanden und können von allen Bewohnern benutzt werden. Zudem gibt es einen kleinen Holztisch mit 2 Stühlen in der Küchen.
Die Küche hat Tageslicht und einen kleinen Balkon.
Dieser ist Richtung Norden. Im Sommer hat man aber dennoch ganz früh oder sehr spät noch Sonne.
Das Bad wurde kürzlich modernisiert und hat eine schöne Regendusche. Badezimmer Möbel sind auch vorhanden (Schrank + Waschbeckenunterschrank)
Weiterhin gibt es ein kleines Abstellregal für Schuhe und eine Garderobe mit Staudamm im Flur.

Es gibt meist Parkplätze. Bei Bedarf kann ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz von mir angemietet werden.
Ein anderes Zimmer, die Küche und der Flur sind noch in Arbeit, Bilder folgen zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt.
