Das WG Zimmer ist Richtung Westen gerichtet und circa 18 m2 groß. Ein weiteres 13 m2 grosses Zimmer ist ebenfalls nutzbar.
Eine Waschmaschine steht im Keller für alle.
Die Wohnung wurde frisch renoviert. Der Balkon ist Richtung Westen orientiert.
Ein- und Auszugsdatum ist ziemlich flexibel.
Im Zimmer ist das Sofa, ein Regal und eine Kleiderstange sowie ein Bett (1,40 x 2,00 m, ohne Matratze) und ein Schreibtisch vorhanden.
Da die Wohnung zum 31.05.24 gekündigt wurde, ist ein Auszug bis zum 29.05.24 nötig.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Nordosten Münchens in der Preziosastraße.
Die S-Bahn Johanneskirchen (S8) und der Bus 154 (Fährt direkt zum TUM) und Bus 50 (City Ring) sind in der Nähe.
Wir haben beide im Master Nachhaltiges Bauen studiert und haben beide vorletztes Jahr angefangen zu arbeiten.
Gekocht wird bei uns nur vegetarisch und sehr gerne gemeinsam. Wir freuen uns auf Aperolnachmittage im Sommer und Punschabende auf dem neuen Balkon mit dir.
