Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkonzugang.
Abgelöst werden müssen ein Schreibtisch und ein Sofa für 350€.
Es sind ca. 5min zum Cosimabad, wo verschiedenste Busse und Trams erreicht werden können. Unweit vom Cosimabad befindet sich auch die U-Bahn-Station Arabellapark, wo auch verschiedene Geschäfte des alltäglichen Lebens zu finden sind.
Wir sind eine sehr aufgeschlossene WG und kochen oft gemeinsam.
In der WG lebt zudem ein großer Hund, der aber ganz lieb ist und keiner Fliege etwas zu Leide tut (bellen tut er auch nicht;))
Der Kennenlerntermin/Besichtigungstermin ist für den 9/10. April geplant.
Evtl. kann auch noch länger in der WG gewohnt werden. Das muss dann mit der Vermieterin bzw. deren Tochter abgesprochen werden.
