Hello all,
I'm Alejandra I'm a PhD student, and I'm leaving my WG short-term for an academic exchange. Therefore I'm searching for a short-term tenant to sublet my room between April 28th to June 3rd.
The room is furnished (15.6m2) with desk, closet and its own bathroom(4.2m2).
Monthly rent is 600EUR , or 150 per week.
Wifi and heating/electricity are included in the rent. Also a nice kitchen, living room, balcony, dish washer and washer are available.
The Ubahn Arabellapark is 3 min walking from the house.
Our WG has two roommates Anna from Canada and Benedikt from Germany, both between 20-35 years old.
We are only looking for people who want to stay in between those specific dates, no extensions will posible. We are looking for someone organized and respectful, that takes good care of things.
