The room has 2 parts, in the entrance there is a small place that wardrope takes place. In the main place, bed and table takes place. Floor equipped with a laminat. Appartment is fully renovated and everything so new and fresh. The view from the window is opening to the garden and always silent except bird voices.
Das Zimmer hat 2 Teile, im Eingang gibt es einen kleinen Ort, an dem die Garderobe stattfindet. In der Hauptsache findet Bett und Tisch statt. Boden mit Laminat ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert und alles so neu und frisch. Der Blick aus dem Fenster öffnet sich zum Garten und ist immer still, außer Vogelstimmen.
The public transport connection is also very good. You walk 5minutes to the bus station, in 8minutes you arrive at St.Emmeram for various bus/tram lines. There are also multiple tram and bus lines on the opposite side from St.Emmeram, 7-8 minutes from the apartment. In addition, there is also S8 near by.
Auch die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Sie gehen 5 Minuten zum Busbahnhof, in 8 Minuten erreichen Sie St. Emmeram für verschiedene Bus- / Straßenbahnlinien. Es gibt auch mehrere Straßenbahn- und Buslinien auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite von St.Emmeram, 7-8 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Darüber hinaus gibt es auch S8 in der Nähe.
We are a friendly and clean WG and we like to sit sometimes together for a chat. We use the kitchen and the bathroom together, respecting each other. But there are 4rooms and we have 2 bathrooms , there won't be a lot of problems. We are flexible, there are workers and students, also international. So we would like anybody who can respect and enjoy with our flatmates.
Wir sind eine freundliche und saubere WG und wir sitzen gerne mal zusammen für ein Schwätzchen. Wir nutzen Küche und Bad gemeinsam und respektieren einander. Aber es gibt 4 Zimmer und wir haben 2 Badezimmer , da wird es nicht viele Probleme geben.
Wir sind flexibel, es gibt Berufstätigen und Studenten, auch international. Wir möchten also jeden, der unsere Mitbewohner respektieren und genießen kann.
A financial proof could be asked from the landlord. There is an option pay the deposit in 3 parts. The room is available from 01.07.2022, if you are interested, write me a message about you and what are you doing, so we can arrange a besichtigungstermin.
