1. We are looking for working professionals who respect personal space of the other WG mates, are friendly.
2. The building has Silent hours from 21:00 till 7:00 on Weekdays and from 22:00 till 7:00 on Saturdays, and eintire sundays are silent hours.
3. The owers of the WG will also share the living space. We are looking for people who COOK ONLY VEGETARIAN FOOD (NO MEAT, NO SEA FOOD AND NO EGGS).
4. We give a lot of importance to cleanlienss and personal hygine. We would like to share the livnig space with someone who maintains the room as well as the common areas of the apartment extremely clean, barooms dry and free of hair and other personal belonings after shower.
5. To help maintain the cleanliness and hygine, we try to provide all kinds of modern ergonomic equipments.
6. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the WG room and any shared space in the WG.
Minimum Contract Period: 2 Months
Maximum Initial Contract Period: 6 Months, can be extended by 6 months every cycle
