Wir sind eine freundliche, chillige 5er WG, bestehend aus Moritz, Plator, Lisa, Isi und Andrew. Isi und Andrew haben beide einen Job und ein neues Abenteuer im Ausland gefunden und werden ausziehen. Die beiden Zimmer sind ab dem 1. September und 15. August verfügbar.
** Zimmer **
Die beiden Zimmer sind 12 qm bzw. 18 qm groß. Wir können beide ohne Möbel übergeben oder wir können Ihnen einige Möbel überlassen - das ist verhandelbar.
Miete: ca. 490 € - gleiche Miete für die beiden Zimmer
Die Vermieterin bittet darum, dass neue Mieter mindestens 1+ Jahre bleiben (besser 2 und mehr). Wir suchen also jemanden, der vorhat, eine Weile zu bleiben.
** Wohnung **
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im obersten Stockwerk eines 3-stöckigen Hauses. Im Erdgeschoss und im 1. Stock wohnen zwei nette Familien mit Kindern, mit denen wir gute Beziehungen haben. Wir haben Partys in unserer Wohnung gehabt und hatten keine Probleme mit ihnen.
Da wir insgesamt 5 Personen in der WG sind, haben wir 2 Bäder zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Die Küche ist ein wenig gemütlich, aber gut ausgestattet. Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Backofen, Waffeleisen, Smoothie-Maker etc. Wir haben fast alles. Wer gerne frisch gemahlenen Kaffee trinkt, ist bei uns genau richtig :)
Wir haben zwar kein Wohnzimmer, aber wir haben in der Vergangenheit schon verschiedene Veranstaltungen gehabt, bei denen wir Leute für Partys am Abend und Bierpong oder Frühstücksbrunch usw. eingeladen haben, und wir haben es hinbekommen.
Wir haben einen ziemlich großen Keller, in dem wir Fahrräder, Kisten und Ausrüstung unterbringen können, sowie eine große Einfahrt und einen Fahrradabstellplatz im Freien. Praktisch, wenn du sportlich bist und eine Menge Ausrüstung mitbringst!
Die Wohnung ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und fängt viel Sonnenlicht ein. Jedes Zimmer bekommt direktes Sonnenlicht und einige sogar schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Wir haben einen schönen Balkon, auf den wir alle passen, wo wir unsere frischen Kräuter wie Basilikum und Minze anbauen und manchmal frühstücken oder ein Bier trinken.

We are a friendly, chilled 5er WG, made up of Moritz, Plator, Lisa, Isi, and Andrew. Isi and Andrew have both found jobs and a new adventure abroad and will be moving out. The two rooms are available as of 1st September and 15th August.
** Rooms **
The two rooms are 12 sqm and 18 sqm respectively, We can hand over both with no furniture or we can leave behind some furniture for you if you like - that is negotiable.
Rent: €490 approx. - the same rent for both available rooms.
The landlord asks that new tenants stay at least 1+ years minimum (better 2 and more). So we are looking for someone who is planning to stay a while.
** Apartment **
Our apartment is on the top floor of a 3 floor house. On the ground floor and 1st floor there are two lovely families staying with kids, with whom we have good relationships. We've had parties at our place and have had no problems with them.
Since we are total 5 people in the WG, we have 2 bathrooms to share. The kitchen is a little cosy but well equipped. Fridge, freezer, oven, waffle maker, smoothie machine etc. We have almost everything. If you like freshly ground coffee you will find you are at home :)
We don't have a living room but still we've had various events in the past where we had people over for parties in the evening and beer pong, or breakfast brunches etc. and we make it work.
We have a pretty massive basement where we can store bikes, boxes and equipment, and a large driveway and outside bike storage. Handy if you are sporty and come with lots of equipment!
The apartment is south facing and catches a lot of sunlight. Each room gets direct sunlight and some even beautiful sunsets. We have a nice balcony that fits all of us where we grow our fresh herbs like Basil and Mint and we sometimes have breakfast or a beer there too.

Etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Oberwiesenfeld entfernt, haben Sie alles, was ihr euch wünschen könnt, in der Nähe. Netto um die Ecke, Baumarkt, Rewe, Aldi und Rossman die Straße hoch. Das Beste daran ist, dass wir 3 Seen (Lerchenauersee, Fasaneriesee, Regattasee) in der Nähe haben, nur 5, 10 und 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Es ist eine ruhige Wohngegend, mit viel Natur in der Nähe zum Laufen/Spazieren, aber auch in der Nähe des Olympiaparks zum Laufen oder zum Besuch von ZHS-Sportveranstaltungen. Ein paar von uns haben diese abends besucht.
Wenn man in die Stadt will, braucht man mit der U-Bahn Oberwiesenfeld (U3) etwa 15 Minuten bis zum Marienplatz plus ca 10 min Gehweg. Und etwa 25 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bis ins Zentrum.

Located around a 10 minute walk from Oberwiesen feld, you have everything you could want in the area. Netto around the corner, Baumarkt, Rewe, Aldi and Rossman up the road. Best part is we have 3 lakes (Lerchenauersee, Fasaneriesee, Regattasee) nearby, just 5, 10 and 20 minutes away via bike.
It is a quiet residential area, with lots of nearby nature for running/walks but also close to Olympia park for running or attending ZHS sports events. A few of us used to do these in the evenings.
In case you want to get into the city, it takes around 15 minutes with the U-bahn Oberwiesenfeld (U3) to get to Marienplatz. And around 25 minutes with the bike to get to the centre. There is also a bus stop across the road with lines that take you to Olympiazentrum/Petuelring and Feldmoching Bf.
Unsere WG-Kultur ist uns wichtig <3. Wir kommen alle aus unterschiedlichen Hintergründen, Berufen und Kulturen, aber jede Persönlichkeit bringt etwas Besonderes in unser Haus. Obwohl wir manchmal mit Studium, Arbeit und Leben beschäftigt sind, nehmen wir uns hin und wieder Zeit, um gemeinsam zu kochen, Kartenspiele zu spielen oder Trash-TV zu schauen :D Im Sommer stehen Picknicks und Seen auf dem Programm :)
Ein bisschen was über deine potentiellen Mitbewohner
- Moritz schreibt gerade seine Masterarbeit und fängt im Winter an zu arbeiten. In seiner Freizeit geht er gerne in die Berge, Laufen und Volleyball spielen. Außerdem ist er Käse Gourmet und isst gerne mal 8 verschiedene Sorten Käse an einem Abend
- Lisa studiert Bioinformatik B.Sc. an der LMU, und spielt in ihrer Freizeit Volleyball
- Plator studiert Albanologie M.Sc. an der LMU, und spielt in seiner Freizeit professionell Gitarre und albanische Volksmusik
Einige von uns treffen sich oft in der Küche, weil wir gerne kochen, und an arbeitsreichen Tagen finden wir immer noch Zeit, uns auf dem Flur zu unterhalten.

Our WG culture is important to us <3. We all come from different backgrounds, jobs, cultures, but each personality brings something special to the house. While we are sometimes busy with studies, work and life, we make time every now and then to cook together, play some card games or watch some trash TV together :D In the summer time, picnics and lakes are on the menu :)
A little bit about your potential flatmates
- Moritz - studies Maschinebau M.Sc at TUM, currently writing his thesis and working for BMW. He plays volleyball in his free time
- Lisa - studies Bioinformatik B.Sc. at LMU, and plays volleyball in her free time
- Plator - studies Albanologie M.ASc. at LMU, and in his free time plays professional guitar and Albanian folk music
Some of us meet often in the kitchen because we love to cook, and on busy days we still find time to catch up in the hallway.
