Ich suche eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein schönes Zimmer mit Süd-Balkon für 4-6 Wochen, da ich in dieser Zeit unterwegs sein werde.
Es ist Teil eines 8er WG-Hauses mit Garten, einem großen Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und 3 Badezimmern.
Wir sind eine Mischung aus Studenten und Berufstätigen, verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen und sind sehr aufgeschlossen und tolerant.
Und sind Sauberkeit und ein respektvoller Umgang sehr wichtig.
Die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist gut - es gibt in 1 Min Fußweg eine Bushaltestelle, von der man in 5-10 Minuten zur U2 oder U3 kommt. So ist man in 25 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Es würde mich freuen, wenn du dich angesprochen fühlst und wir uns kennenlernen können :)

I am looking for a temporary tenant for my nice room with south-facing balcony for 4-6 weeks, as I will be travelling during this time.
It is part of an 8 person shared house with garden, a large living room with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms.
We are a mix of students and working people, like to spend time together and are very open-minded and tolerant.
Cleanliness and respectful interaction are very important for us.
The public transport connections are good - there is a bus stop 1 minute's walk away, from where you can get to the U2 or U3 underground lines in 5-10 minutes. This means you can be in the city centre in 25 minutes.
I would be happy if you feel addressed and we could get to know each other :)
