Hey,
wir sind Maxi und Hannah und auf der Suche nach einem Mitbewohner/einer Mitbewohnerin ab dem 01.05.2024.
Das freie Zimmer ist unmöbliert, ca. 11 m2 groß und die Monatsmiete warm inklusive aller Nebenkosten beträgt 510€.
Die gesamte Wohnung hat ca. 70 m2, ist vor unserem Einzug im Frühjahr 2020 frisch saniert worden mit neuem Boden, Bad und neuer Küche. Wir haben auch eine eigenen Waschmaschine und einen Trockner.
Die Wohnung liegt in München Feldmoching in der Nähe des Lerchenauer Sees.
3 Minuten entfernt von Bushaltestation, mit dem Bus kann man zum Olympia-Einkaufszentrum fahren, von da aus fahren die U1 und U3
10 Minuten entfernt von S-Bahnstation Fasanerie (S1)
Wir sind Maxi und Hannah und studieren/arbeiten beide aktuell und wohnen schon ne ganze Weile zusammen (seit Mai 2020).
Wir suchen einen/eine WG Mitbewohner/in, der/die Lust auf gemeinsame Aktivitäten hat, wie im Sommer am nah gelegenen See baden, ein Bier oder Aperol mit uns zu trinken oder München etwas zu erkunden.
