Obergeschoss, welche bequem mit einem Aufzug erreichbar ist und besteht aus insgesamt vier Zimmern, die separat vermietet werden.
Zimmerbeschreibung für Zimmer N12 (11,98 qm):
Die Wohnung wurde im August 2023 saniert.
Das kleine, aber feine Zimmer der Wohngemeinschaft mit Blick nach Süden. Das Zimmer bietet ausreichend Platz für deine persönliche Entfaltung sowie deine individuellen Bedürfnisse.
Möbliert mit Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl und Bett mit Matratze sowie Matratzenschoner.
Alle weiteren freien und verfügbaren Zimmer der Wohngemeinschaft sind folgende und ebenfalls bei wg-gesucht.de zu finden.
Die gesamte WG hat Zugang zu einer großzügigen und abgeschlossenen sowie komplett ausgestatteten Küche, einer einladenden Diele, einer praktischen Abstellkammer sowie einem modernen, im Jahr 2017 erneuerten Badezimmer mit bodentiefer Dusche, separatem WC und bereits vorhandener Waschmaschine.
Die Heizkörper in der gesamten Wohnung wurden 2017 erneuert, der Aufzug im Jahr 2023 modernisiert. In der Wohnung existiert bereits ein Internetanschluss (im Mietpreis inbegriffen), mit dem sich alle Mieter per WLAN verbinden können. Kosten für Strom und Internet sind im Mietpreis bereits inbegriffen (Pauschalmiete). Rundfunkbeiträge müssen vom Mieter getragen werden.
