The Lerchenau is a detached district in the north of Munich in the southeast of the district Feldmoching-Hasenbergl. The fastest connection to the city center is by bike in about 7 min to the metro stop "Am Hart U2", or "Oberwiesenfeld U3", from there the underground takes about 11 min to the Hbf. or Marienplatz.
In about 10 minutes you are walking to the next MVG bus stop then by bus in about 10 minutes to the subway and then by subway 11min to the center. The connection takes approximately 35 min to the Hbf. or Marienplatz. By bike it takes about 35 min to the city centre.
By car you can find a parking lot almost everywhere.
Behind the house stretches a large green area perfectly to go jogging, table tennis or football matches or other hobbies.
Lake Lerchenauer is reachable by bike in about 9 min and Lake Feldmoching in about 15 min.

Die Lerchenau ist ein Einfamilienhaus Viertel im Norden Münchens im Südosten des Stadtbezirks Feldmoching-Hasenbergl. Die schnellste Verbindung ins Stadtzentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 7 min zur U-Bahnhaltestelle "Am Hart U2", oder "Oberwiesenfeld U3", Von dort aus braucht die U-Bahn ca. 11 min zum Hbf. bzw. Aktuell wohnen hier Adam, Elija, Mary, Pascal und Raphael, die meisten berufstätig und drei davon oft im Homeoffice. Wir sind international und reden viel auf englisch. Bei uns trifft man sich gerne in der Küche ratscht und kocht (meist getrennt, aber schnabulieren ist eigentlich immer drin :)). Wenn es sich ergibt, gehen wir Tischtennis spielen im Park nebendran, radeln zum Feldmochinger See oder halt wonach der Sinn steht. Wir haben einen Putzplan: in einem Zweier-Team bist du ca. alle 3 Wochen dran, die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber zu machen.

Right now there are Adam, Elija, Mary, Pascal and Raphael living here; most of them working and 3 of then doing home office often. We are international, so we talk a lot in english. We meet most of time in the kitchen talking and cooking (separately, but you always can have a share:)). If the occasion occurs we go to the lake, play together or whatever comes to mind.
We have a cleaning schedule: every 3rd week you will be in charge of cleaning the community areas with another person.

Das Zimmer wird mit einem Kündigungsverzicht von 10 Monaten plus 3 Monate Kündigungsfrist vermietet mit der Option den Mietvertrag auf ein Jahr zu verlängern also bis einschließlich 30.04.27.
Wir suchen nach einer Frau, weil wir ein ausgeglichenes Verhältnis anstreben.

The room is rented with a waiver of termination of 10 months plus 3 months notice period with the option to extend the lease for one year, i.e. up to 30.04.27.
In order to maintain a balance that is comfortable for us we prefer to rent to a woman.
