Die Mitbewohner (26 und 27 Jahre alt) sind junge Ingenieure. Im Haus wohnen Familien, und daher wird auf Ruhe und Ordnung geachtet.
Die Ubahn Haltestelle Hasenbergl (U2) ist in 7min zu Fuss erreichbar.

I rent a furnished room in a shared apartment from now, at the latest from November 1, 2020.
The room is furnished with the following furniture: desk with comfortable chair, wardrobe, shelf, bed with storage box, shoe cabinet, etc.
The apartment has a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a kitchen with fitted kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, repairs with freezer). A cellar compartment and a storage room provide additional storage space.
The roommates (26 and 27 years old) are young engineers. Many families live in the house, therefore the apartment and the house are quiet.
The Hasenbergl underground station (U2) is a 7-minute walk away.
