Das Zimmer ist komplett neu eingerichtet mit einen Bett Matratze alles neu, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Kleiderschrank. Auf Sonderwünsche gehe ich gerne noch mal ein. Das Zimmer hat ein Großes Fenster und einen eigenen West Balokon.
Bad und Küche sind mit allem Ausgestattet, was man braucht.

Die 3 Zi. Wohnung liegt in München Feldmoching, umgeben von gleich 3 Badeseen Ler-chenauer See, Fasaneriesee und Feldmochinger See. Die U2 sowie die S1 sind zu Fuß erreichbar oder auch mit den Bussen 170 und 171. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit den Geschäften Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann, dem OEZ usw, sehr vielfältig und in nächster Nähe. Sie finden eine hervorragende Autobahnanbindung vor, mit dem Dreieck München Feldmoching und den Anschlüssen zur A92 und A99. Die Infrastruktur mit Schulen, Kindergärten, Ärzten ist wie im gesamten Stadtgebiet hervorragend.
The 3 room flat is located in Munich Feldmoching, surrounded by 3 bathing lakes: Lerchenauer See, Fasaneriesee and Feldmochinger See. The U2 and the S1 are within walking distance or you can take the buses 170 and 171. The shopping facilities are very diverse and close by with the shops Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann, the OEZ etc.. You will find excellent motorway connections, with the München Feldmoching junction and connections to the A92 and A99. The infrastructure with schools, kindergartens and doctors is excellent, as in the entire city area.
