Hallo Suchende,
für die Zeit eines Auslandsaufenthalts vermiete ich mein Zimmer unter. Es ist vollmöbliert (Schränke, Schreibtisch, Bett und Sofa) und mit 23 m2 recht groß. Die Zimmergröße passt zum Rest der Wohnung, welche mit 2 Badezimmern, großer Küche, sehr großem Wohnzimmer und Balkon viel Platz bietet. Es gibt noch 2 gesellige weitere Mitbewohner, die natürlich auch eigene Zimmer haben. Keller und Fahrradkeller sind ebenfalls vorhanden, falls benötigt.
(Dear everyone looking for a flat,
for a stay abroad I am sub-letting my room. It is fully furnished (closets, desk, double bed and couch) and large enough with 23 m2. The rest of the apartment is equally spacious including 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a very large living room and a balcony. There are two flat mates which have each another room. Additionally there is a cellar as well as a bike storage if needed.)
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Bürgerplatz (dem Zentrum Garchings) gelegen und befindet sich im dritten Stock. Mit maximal 2 Minuten Fußweg ist man auch gleich an der Ubahn Station der U6, von der man wiederum in 20 Minuten an der Münchner Freiheit, bzw. 30 Minuten am Marienplatz ist. Da die Ubahnen bis spät abends fahren, ist man gefühlt direkt in München.
(The appartment is situated just by the Bürgerplatz on the 4th floor. Within two minutes one reaches the U6 Garching from which it is only 20/30 Minutes to Munich. Since trains run till late, the commute to Munich is quite flexible.)
Herz der WG ist das große Wohnzimmer bzw. im Sommer der Balkon. Da Musizieren ein Hobby beider Mitbewohner ist, kann man des Häufigeren mit Live-Musik rechnen. Aber keine Angst, es wird nicht zu spät und die Wohnung ist auch gut isoliert, falls ihr früh ins Bett oder eure Ruhe haben wollt. Mit der großen Küche in der Wohnung wird auch gerne gekocht und nach dem Essen des öfteren bei Netflix und Bier entspannt.
(The center of the flat is the large living room and balcony. Live music can be expected from time to time since both flat mates are hobby musicians. But not to worry! The musicians don't play too late and loud, and sound isolation is quite good, so you are always sure to have rest if you require it. Cooking is also welcomed whereby we often relax after food with Netflix and a beer.)
