We are renting a furnished room in Germering
We are also welcoming short-term tenants (1 – 12 months).
The house includes a modern kitchen and a living room in the first floor, two new bathrooms (with a shower and a bathtub) and a garden. TV, washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher are also already there.
The room is already supplied with furniture (bed, desk, chair and cupboard).
Our house is pretty central. The S-Bahn station “Germering-Unterpfaffenhofen” (S8) is 5 minutes away by foot and you have all stores of daily needs close to the house.
All tenants are working (ages between 25 – 32 years old). We like to get together in the evenings to have a beer, cook together, throw a barbecue, watch a movie, etc. At the same time, everyone can also spend time in their room without being disturbed.
The rent is 560€ plus 130€ which covers utility costs (Vorauszahlung) water, electricity and gas as well as an internet VDSL flatrate, cleaning service and all other costs (garbage, insurance, pp.).

Wir haben ein komplettes Haus zur Miete inkl. Garten
Es ist modern und zentral -5 min zu Fuß zur S-Bahn und in ca 20 min ist man am HBF.
Bei uns wird ein schönes möbliertes Zimmer zum 1.03.2018 frei. Es ist möbliert mit Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl.
Gerne nehmen wir auch kurzfristige Mieter (1 Monat - 12 Monate) bei uns auf.
Der große Vorteil: es ist alles modern möbliert/ ausgestattet/ eingerichtet. Koffer packen - einziehen.
Für den Rest (Möbel, Hausrat, etc.) ist bereits gesorgt...
Das komplette Haus ist renoviert mit 2 neuen (modernisierten) Bädern (Dusche und Badewanne).
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine moderne Küche und großer Wohn-/Essbereich mit Couch und Wohnwand/TV.
- Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, und Haushaltsausstattung komplett
vorhanden.
- Die Kaltmiete beträgt 560€, zusätzlich kommen noch 130 € für alle weiteren Kosten (Nebenkosten, sowie WLAN und sogar eine Putzfrau ist inklusive).
Falls du nicht aus der Nähe kommst, können wir auch via Skype den Besichtigungstermin machen :-).
Zentrale Lage in Germering.
Gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Strasse oder den Nebenstraßen.

Zur S-Bahn:
Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 4 min im Münchner Innenraum.
Diese S-Bahn Haltestelle gehört zur S8 und heißt "Germering-Unterpfaffenhofen".
Wir sind eine berufstätigen WG (Alter 25 - 33 Jahre).
Unternehmen gerne mal etwas zusammen, aber es besteht kein Zwang. Jeder kann am WG-Leben soviel teilnehmen, wie er möchte.
