The apartment is located 100m from Giesinger Train Station, is centrally located and is super connected: in front of the front door S-Bahn (S3 and S7), subway (U2, U7 and U8), tram and buses depart. The connection is brilliant! There is everything available from supermarkets to pharmacy, drugstore, parcel shop, hairdressers to snacks etc.
By car you will be on the A8 in just a few minutes and therefore especially fast in the Alps.
Parking can also be done without problems with a resident parking card.

Die Wohnung befindet sich 100m vom Giesinger Bahnhof, liegt damit zentral und ist super angebunden: vor der Haustür fahren S-Bahn (S3 und S7), U-Bahn (U2, U7 und U8), Tram und Busse ab. Die Anbindung ist genial! :) An Nahversorgung ist von Supermärkten über Apotheke, Drogerie, Paketshop, Frisöre bis Imbisse usw. alles geboten.
Mit dem Auto ist man in wenigen Minuten auf der A8 und damit besonders schnell in den Alpen.
Parken kann man mit einem Bewohner Parkausweis auch problemlos.

Since our current roommate Lisa will emigrate to Galway, the balcony room of our 3 WG will be free!

We find it important to deal with each other openly and to be able to address everything. The main thing is that all in the WG always feel comfortable 😊 We are definitely not a purpose WG and eat together, go to sports, in summer to the English garden, etc.

I (Rudi) am 29 and work full-time as a service sales manager in the eMobility industry and are often in the home office, but also try to go to the office at least 1-2 times a week. From time to time, I'm on my way under the week. I go to sports almost daily, be it fitness, tennis, badminton or beer pong. Recently I also try to kickboxen 🥊 but I also read and cock sometimes with the guys 🕹 My weekends are actually always active as I often and like to use the time with my friends. I am also the main tenant of the Wohung and the sub-rental contract would go over me.
Samy is 23 and works full-time in a company for private medical billing (day in the office). She is also active athletic and regularly goes to fitness, or is enjoying the sun with friends in the English garden. Together we eat when it fits, go to the gym, go out, etc. However, as we are both busy with work and private life, it can be a little quieter during the week - so it would be good if you are already working, but no purpose WG wants 😊

Da unsere jetzige Mitbewohnerin Lisa nach Galway auswandern wird, wird dafür das Balkon-Zimmer unserer 3er WG frei!

Wir finden es wichtig offen miteinander umzugehen und alles ansprechen zu können. Hauptsache ist, dass sich alle in der WG stets wohl fühlen 😊 Wir sind auf jeden Fall keine Zweck-WG und essen gemeinsam, gehen zum Sport, im Sommer zum Englischen Garten, etc.

Kürzlich versuche ich mich auch ans Kickboxen 🥊 Ich lese aber auch hin und wieder und zocke auch mal gelegentlich mit den Jungs 🕹 Meine Wochenenden sind eigentlich immer aktiv, da ich die Zeit dann mit meinen Freunden oft und gern nutze. Ich bin auch der Hauptmieter der Wohung und der Untermietvertrag würde über mich gehen.
Samy ist 23 und arbeitet Vollzeit in einer Firma für Medizinische Privatabrechnung (taglich im Büro). Auch sie ist sportlich aktiv und geht regelmäßig ins Fitness, oder ist mit Freunden die Sonne im Englischen Garten genießen. Zusammen essen wir wenn es passt, gehen gemeinsam ins Gym, gehen aus, usw. Da wir beide aber auch viel mit Arbeit und Privatleben beschäftigt sind, kann es mal unter der Woche etwas ruhiger werden - daher wäre es ganz gut, wenn Du auch schon berufstätig bist, aber keine Zweck-WG willst 😊

In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten (Haus, Heizung, Strom und 100Mbit DSL) enthalten.

Zum Einzug würde dann ein Untermietvertrag entstehen, wo ich nur die letzten 3 Gehaltsnachweise bräuchte o.ä.
