The room has about 20 sqm and a large triple glazed balcony door to Wittelsbacherstrasse/Isar.
The room is partly furnished with bed, wardrobe, comma and carpets. Things can be brought, bed & closet & The desk remains in the room. It is ideal for interns or for Master Studies etc.
The rental period is flexible but at least 4 months.
It is not a party WG and I like it at home neatly and quietly.
Everyone is clean and has an eye for general order. Thus we usually do not need a cleaning plan. I find it quite childish among adults..

Die Mietdauer ist flexibel aber mindestens 4 Monate.
Es ist keine Party WG und ich mag es zuhause gerne ordentlich und ruhig.
Jede^r macht hinter sich sauber und hat auch ein Auge für die allgemeine Ordnung. Somit brauchen wir in der Regel auch keinen Putzplan. Das finde ich unter Erwachsenen auch ziemlich kindisch…
The location is directly at the Isar in the Glockenbach district. 5 minutes to U Bahn Fraunhoferstrasse. 10 minutes to the gardening area. Ideal for cycling, running etc.

Important to me is environmental and energy awareness. So heating on and windows on etc. doesn't work. Heating down or saves money and protects the environment. I don't know.
I want to feel comfortable here and I think you can.
Ich suche eine*n zuverlässigen Mitbewohner*in, derdiedas Humor mitbringt und ab und an für ein Schwätzchen zu haben ist. Privatsphäre sollte jeder Mensch respektieren.
Wichtig ist mir Umwelt- und Energiebewusstsein. Also Heizung an und Fenster auf etc. geht gar nicht. Heizung runter oder aus spart Geld und schont die Umwelt. Versteht sich eigentlich von selbst.
Ich möchte mich hier wohlfühlen und ich denke das kannst Du auch.
The apartment has 96 sqm and 2 balconies. Bathroom and toilet separated. All rooms can be used, and I usually stay in the living room, as my bedroom has only 12 sqm.
I work in senior management in a nursing home.
After a few years as a logistics manager (Coca Cola, Paulaner) I wanted to do something “reasonable” and what to do for my karma😊.

Die Wohnung hat 96 qm und 2 Balkone. Bad und Klo getrennt. Alle Räume können mitbenutzt werden, wobei ich mich meistens im Wohnzimmer aufhalte, da mein Schlafzimmer nur 12 qm hat.
