Hallo,
Ich möchte mein Zimmer während meines sabbaticals untervermieten. Ich bewohne das Dachgeschoss (inkl. kleinem WC) einer 4er-WG in einem Altbau mit großem Garten in Gräfelfing. Wir wohnen 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der S6 und dem Bus 160 entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, Sparkasse und Bäcker gibt es fussläufig bzw. mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten Entfernung auch in größeren Varianten.
Meine Mitbewohnis sind Manuel, Eva und Hanna, alle drei so wie ich berufstätig, wobei Eva und ich uns ein Büro im Haus teilen, welches du in der Zeit auch benutzen dürftest.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, aber jede:r macht ihr/sein Ding - wir kommen vor allem zum Kochen, gemeinsam Sport machen, auf Festivals gehen oder im Garten arbeiten zusammen.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du am WG-Leben teilnehmen würdest und ich wünsche mir, dass du sorgsam mit meinen und unseren Dingen umgehst :)
Ich würde mit dir einen Untermietvertrag machen, unsere Vermieter:innen wissen Bescheid und haben zugestimmt.

I would like to sublet my room during my sabbatical. I live in the attic (incl. small toilet) of a shared house of 4 in an old building with a large garden in Gräfelfing. We live 5 minutes on foot from the S6 and bus 160. Shopping facilities, a pharmacy, a bank and a bakery are all within walking distance or 10 minutes away by bike.
My flatmates are Manuel, Eva and Hanna, all three of whom work, as do I. Eva and I share an office space in the house, which is included in the rent.
We do value the community dynamic a lot and we mainly get together to cook, do sports together, go to festivals or work in the garden.
We would be happy if you would like to be an active part of the community and of course I would like you to take good care of my things and ours :)
I would make a sub contract with you, which our landlords know about and have agreed to.
